Primary care

Service Overview

Telehealth primary care provides accessible, patient-centered medical care through secure virtual platforms. Services include routine health maintenance, preventive screenings, and management of acute conditions such as upper respiratory infections, urinary tract infections, and dermatologic concerns. Chronic disease management, including hypertension, diabetes, and asthma, is conducted through ongoing monitoring, medication management, and patient education. Our providers perform thorough virtual assessments, develop evidence-based treatment plans, prescribe medications when appropriate, and coordinate in-person care or specialty referrals as clinically indicated. This enhances continuity of care, improves access, and supports timely, efficient healthcare delivery across diverse patient populations.
